As the leader of Checkr's Channel Partner Experiences, you will deliver exceptional capabilities for channel partners and customers, facilitating the seamless integration of Checkr into their hiring workflows. You will oversee the end-user experience for Checkr’s post-hire compliance products that enable customers to perform background checks on employees after hiring. To ensure an excellent experience, it is essential to integrate with HR applications that manage the employee lifecycle within the organization. This role requires significant experience in Enterprise Software Product Management, especially in expanding businesses through channel partners by creating developer products and integrations. You will collaborate with our business development team and SaaS partners to design engaging integrated experiences for end users, and partner with engineering and operations to ensure the developer platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and well-documented. What You’ll Do

Direct the strategy and roadmap for all developer products (APIs, developer portal, developer tools, prebuilt integrations, and an app marketplace) to enable access to key market segments through partners and alliances. Perform market analysis, including competitive analysis and engaging with strategic customers to understand market direction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Product Marketing, other Checkr product teams) to drive a cohesive GTM and product integration strategy. Create and prioritize a multi-release feature roadmap; lead beta and pilot programs for early-stage products and platforms. Represent the customer and build strong relationships with strategic customers. Deliver compelling demos at customer events and provide APIs that other teams can use to serve end users securely. Measure success and impact, identify expansion opportunities, and represent Checkr as a product expert at customer interactions and events. What You Bring

Deep expertise building developer-focused products that improve developer efficiency. API design skills and experience with distributed systems and integration. Understanding of the integration market and competitive landscape relevant to target personas. Ability to drive the roadmap for the developer products portfolio, with a focus on low-code developers and integration with various business applications. Track record of partnering with engineering to establish a prioritized product roadmap and manage the backlog. Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Professional Services, UX, Documentation, Product Marketing) and enabling field teams through partnerships. Experience leading end-to-end product realization from concept to release. Excellent problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science (Master’s optional). At least 5 years of experience in technical product management involving developer-focused products (e.g., iPaaS, API-based developer platforms, or in-product integrations for SaaS). What You’ll Get
