Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Chief of Wound Care. This role provides strategic, clinical, and administrative oversight for the Wound Care Center, ensuring state-of-the-art patient care and driving program growth and innovation. Responsibilities

Lead the clinical direction of the Wound Care Center, developing and implementing advanced, evidence-based treatment protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient care and outcomes. Drive strategic growth and development of the program, including expansion of services and integration of new technologies like hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development for a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and technicians, fostering a collaborative and scholarly environment. Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor clinical outcomes, and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards (DNV and Joint Commission). Eligibility for faculty appointment to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. Highly competitive compensation package, including a robust benefits package. Requirements

M.D./D.O. degree from a recognized medical or osteopathic school Board Eligible or Board Certified Fellowship Trained Obtain or have the ability to obtain a New Jersey Medical License, DEA and CDS Must possess the specialized training and certification required to medically direct and supervise hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). Minimum Starting Base Salary: $241,304 HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty. Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding may impact pay.
