Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST with possibility of flex schedule; voluntary/mandatory OT may be required

Position Overview
A-Line Staffing is hiring a Care Management Support Coordinator II to support the Centralized Fax Team within Superior HealthPlan’s Complex Programs division. This role is critical in processing and routing Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) documentation, ensuring timely service delivery for STAR Kids and STAR+PLUS members across Texas.
Responsibilities
Accurately review, identify, and route LTSS documentation received via fax. Complete 98%–100% of daily production goals within a 7.5-hour production window. When assigned to the Closure Pod, complete at least 15 closure work list items daily. Maintain logs and records for audit readiness and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues and support timely routing. Ensure compliance with all contractual turnaround requirements.
Candidate Profile Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior MCO (Managed Care Organization) experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to adapt quickly to workflow changes in a high-volume, metric-driven environment.
Preferred:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Disqualifiers:
Inability to meet daily productivity or quality standards. Lack of experience in structured, metric-driven environments.
Top Skills:
Organizational and multitasking ability. Adaptability to changing priorities. Prior MCO experience.
Performance Expectations
Compliance: 100% adherence to contractual timeframes. Quality: Maintain a minimum 97% quality rating. Productivity: Meet 98%–100% of daily goals. Error Rate: Average error rate of 3% or less.
