The Sales Coach will focus on the sales and renewal of business and achieving new business goals to drive revenue and growth. Business is primarily conducted outside of the physical location of the office. In addition, the Sales Coach focuses on the development of other producers by providing feedback, designing training programs, attending mentorship sessions, and executing recruitment strategies.Responsible for the development and successful acquisition of new business revenue from new and existing clients, including all producer responsibilities for producing & maintaining customers – prospecting, proposals, coverage reviews, client meetings, coordination with service team, etc.Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license or obtain within 30 days of hire**Skills & Experience to Be Successful:**
5+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience with a track record of helping support and build effective sales teams/operationsIn-depth knowledge and understanding of Property & Casualty products and services, administration, financials, current legislation, rules, laws and other regulationsMust have detailed knowledge of a CRM system
