Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing recruiting strategies for both salaried and hourly roles across the organization. This position focuses on enhancing top-of-funnel activity, optimizing sourcing channels, and acting as a strategic partner to business leaders and Human Resources. Reporting to the TA Director, the Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop innovative approaches to attract and engage a diverse, high-performing workforce. Job Responsibilities
Salary Recruitment Support Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried roles (CB06–CB08, including operational roles such as Regional Directors) within designated regions. Evaluate external candidates using various sourcing methods and recruiting techniques. Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and provide ongoing support to hiring managers throughout the process. Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines in local markets, including nurturing passive candidates for future opportunities. Address low candidate volume and hard-to-fill roles through strategic sourcing and engagement. Partner with field leaders to improve requisition intake quality and streamline hiring timelines via weekly position review calls. Hourly Recruitment Support Provide targeted recruiting support for hourly requisitions with fewer than five applicants across assigned regions. Monitor applicant flow and requisition activity in the ATS (SuccessFactors), identifying opportunities for recruitment marketing strategies (e.g., programmatic ads, sponsored jobs, job description optimization, community outreach). Conduct weekly calls with hiring managers and HRMs to review pipeline activity, assess requisition health, and influence action. Lead talent community engagement efforts, maintaining communication with both active and passive candidates to build awareness and promote the employer brand. Support hiring events and grassroots recruitment initiatives. Mobilization & Labor Conversion Support Recruit entry-level and management talent to support mobilization efforts and labor conversion needs across designated regions. Support new business and anticipated growth by identifying and engaging talent ahead of demand. Advise internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process to drive timely decisions. Coach and counsel hiring teams to influence hiring outcomes and readiness. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Initiatives Partner with regional HR and operations leaders to forecast hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop sourcing strategies that attract candidates. Deliver a compassionate, inclusive, and timely candidate experience consistent with the SeniorLIFE+ mission. Provide market insights and share local talent trends to inform broader recruiting strategy. Promote the employer brand through community partnerships and additional messaging. Support cross-functional TA projects, including process improvement, DEI initiatives, and large-scale hiring ramp-ups. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume, multi-site, or healthcare/senior living environments Strong understanding of salaried and hourly workforce challenges in the senior care industry Demonstrated ability to creatively source and pipeline talent, including through social media and Boolean search techniques Proven success partnering with field operations in a fast-paced, service-oriented business environment Ability to influence strategy and provide consultative support to hiring leaders Experience recruiting in senior care or senior living environments preferred
