By working together in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork, our dealership will be unsurpassed for its quality, integrity, and service Benefits; Medical & Dental Insurance Paid Vacation Closed Sundays Great Work Environment Wonderful Culture Responsibilities; Responsible for profitability inall departments in the dealership Develop and execute a strategic plan to achievemonthly and annual forecasts for all departments Hire, mentor and monitor the performance of alldepartment heads Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture Review KPIs daily for every department and make necessary adjustments to increase production Assist in developing an advertising and marketing plan Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network Provide training and support to allstaff Assist sales managers in closing deals and attracting more customers Requirements; Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required Minimum 3-5 years of automotive management experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Understanding of inventory control Strong computer and phone skills Professional appearance and work ethic Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
