We're building the kind of platform we always wanted to use: fast, flexible, and built for making sense of real-world complexity. Behind the scenes is a robust, event-driven architecture that connects systems, abstracts messy workflows, and leaves room for smart automation. The surface is clean and simple. The interactions are seamless and intuitive. The machinery underneath is anything but. That’s where you come in. We’re a well-networked founding team with strong execution roots and a clear roadmap. We’re backed, focused, and delivering fast. We're looking for a

Senior Frontend Software Engineer

to join early. Someone who’s as comfortable building polished, production-ready interfaces as they are shaping the architecture underneath them. You’ll work side-by-side with the Tech Lead, CTO, and product team to bring complex flows to life with clean, intuitive UI — and help define the frontend foundation this platform will grow on. What You’ll Do

Own key parts of the frontend codebase — from routing and state management to components and accessibility Build intuitive, high-quality interfaces using modern React + frontend development practices Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and event-driven data flows Help define and evolve design patterns, component libraries, and UI architecture Make meaningful product decisions alongside design, product, and engineering leads Write code that’s fast, clean, and built to be read and extended Design and implement clean, modern UI with an eye for detail — keeping up with current best practices in web design, layout, and styling React 19 TypeScript (strong typing encouraged) Playwright + unit tests GitHub Actions for CI/CD REST & gRPC API integration Event-driven data flows (via WebSocket or polling, depending on path) The stack is lightweight but real — and open to your input. Engineers come first:

your time, focus, and judgment are respected Deep work > chaos:

fixed cycles & cooldowns protect focus and keep context switching low Autonomy is the default:

trusted builders who own outcomes, no babysitters Ship daily, safely:

merge early, integrate vertically, ship often, use feature flags, and keep momentum Outcomes over optics:

solve real problems, not ticket soup Voice matters:

from week one, contribute, improve something, and shape how we build Senior peers, no ego:

collaborate in a high-trust, async-friendly environment Bold problems, cool tech:

work on complex challenges that actually move the needle Fun is part of it:

we move fast, but we also celebrate wins and laugh together ✅ What We’re Looking For

6–8 years of frontend experience, with serious React chops Deep understanding of component-driven architecture, hooks, and state management Experience working on multi-page apps with complex workflows Comfortable consuming APIs and working closely with backend engineers Strong intuition for good UX — even if you’re not “a designer” Clear communicator who can thrive in async-native teams Confident English skills to collaborate clearly and effectively with teammates Have worked on design systems or component libraries Care about performance, accessibility, and fine UX details Have built staging environments or preview deploys Can show us a project where UX and engineering came together well Must be based in San Francisco, Las Vegas, or Tel Aviv Full-time role with competitive comp Flexible hours, async-friendly culture, engineering-led environment
