Engage with clients during pre‑award discussions and bid defense meetings to present and defend recruitment and retention strategies. Stay current on global regulatory requirements, cultural considerations, and evolving best practices in patient engagement. Represent the Recruitment & Retention (R&R) function in strategic sponsor discussions, ensuring solutions align with client goals and industry standards. Track proposal outcomes, analyze performance data, and apply insights to refine future strategies. Contribute to the development of best practices, case studies, and lessons learned to advance the R&R solutioning process. Qualifications
