Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Full Stack Engineer / Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong architectural skills, hands-on full stack development experience, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves designing and delivering scalable, secure, and efficient end-to-end solutions leveraging Java, Angular, and Microsoft Azure. The candidate will also provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and ensure adherence to best practices across projects. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement full stack solutions using Java, Angular, and Azure technologies. Architect robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications with hands-on coding responsibilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute solution strategies aligned with business goals. Implement CI/CD pipelines and apply DevOps best practices to ensure efficient delivery and automation. Work with Azure DevOps (ADO) for code repositories, build/release pipelines, and work item tracking. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Define architecture for small to mid-sized projects and ensure the implementation of optimized frameworks. Guide and review technical delivery by internal teams and conduct design/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Resolve design issues and own the technical design for complex modules. Participate in requirement gathering and analysis of functional and non-functional aspects. Provide technical inputs to SCRUM Masters/Project Managers for risk mitigation and sprint planning. Support Proof of Concept (PoC) activities to validate technical feasibility and performance optimization. Contribute to knowledge management by creating reusable components, conducting technical training, and documenting best practices. Drive process improvements and delivery excellence by leveraging automation and productivity tools. Conduct technical audits and ensure compliance with architectural standards and coding best practices. Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Java for backend development. Proficiency in Angular for building modern, responsive user interfaces. Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services and deployment models. Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. Proficient in working with Azure DevOps (ADO) for code, build, and release management. Proven ability to design and develop enterprise-grade applications end-to-end. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Ability to collaborate in Agile environments and contribute to sprint planning and estimation. Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working in Agile teams and using ADO Boards. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Deep understanding of pharmacy systems—experience with CVS Health is strongly preferred; Walgreens experience may also be considered. Experience contributing to proposal development and solution structuring for technology projects. Knowledge of design patterns, architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SOA, N-Tier), and best practices for performance and security. Proven track record in developing reusable frameworks and conducting technical audits or reviews.
