The

Warehouse Associate

plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse - supporting receiving, storing, and distributing materials that keep our projects running smoothly. This position ensures accuracy, organization, and safety in all warehouse activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.

Document and report discrepancies or damages promptly.

Organize materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to inventory systems.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.

Replenish stock and manage inventory flow.

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Load and unload trucks as needed.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) or willingness to learn.

Basic computer skills and comfort working with technology.

Must be tech-savvy and willing to learn inventory systems and new software tools.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.

Physical ability to lift and move materials - regularly up to 50 lbs, occasionally over 75 lbs with assistance.

Comfortable using ladders and working at heights.

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
