As an Insomniac Brand Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, shaping, and executing our brand's vision and identity across various marketing platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a deep interest in marketing & branding, a creative mindset, exceptional writing skills, and strong project management capabilities. A love of festivals and knowledge of dance music culture is always a plus.
The Brand Strategy Department is Insomniac Events central ideation hub and distribution center of actionable creative marketing across all our amazing Insomniac brands-to include EDC, Escape Halloween, Beyond Wonderland & much more!
Our team works in creative collaboration with Insomniac stakeholders to add value to all our brand campaigns, strategic rollouts, and assist overall in the management and development of all Insomniac brand properties at scale. This position will report to the Brand Strategy Manager. This is not a remote position.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
● Articulate brand strategy decisions through content briefs and internal requests for graphic design and video teams.
● Contribute to brainstorming creative concepts that align with marketing objectives, particularly for social ad campaigns.
● Assist in developing and executing creative marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for festivals.
● Support content creation and ideation across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand voice.
● Write compelling and engaging copy for content briefs, social media, and other marketing materials.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.● Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and audience preferences, proactively sourcing creative inspiration and opportunities to refine strategies.
● Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and insights, working with team members to develop actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
● Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality execution.● Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, anticipating challenges and proposing effective solutions.● Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.● Perform additional duties as needed to support marketing initiatives.
● Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when needed● All other projects and initiatives as identified**QUALIFICATIONS**
● Previous experience in marketing, branding, communications, and social media
● Knowledgeable in content creation and ideation across various social media platforms, demonstrating creativity and a deep understanding of digital trends.
● Proficient in creative marketing theory and application, with experience sourcing and managing content● Exceptional writing and language skills, with the ability to craft compelling, audience-tailored messaging for content briefs and marketing materials.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and cross-functional teams.
● Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
● Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
● Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event location
● Must be able to work in open concept office space
