This is a mission-driven opportunity to drive ERP transformations within a regulated utility landscape. Job Responsibilities

Oversee and provide leadership over SAP S/4 prerequisites projects Lead comprehensive S/4HANA readiness assessments, perform gap analyses, and craft future-state roadmaps Orchestrate stakeholder alignment across business units, define program scope, objectives, and budgets Facilitate decisions on deployment strategies and implementation sequencing Lead vendor selection, including RFPs and contract negotiations Manage end-to-end execution of a multi-year, multi-phase transformation across diverse business areas Establish governance structures, steering committees, and reporting mechanisms for executives Balance program budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and change control processes Coordinate complex business process re-engineering, data migration, integration, and testing across multiple workstreams Ensure timely delivery of critical program milestones aligned with business objectives Foster collaboration between business, functional, technical teams, and third-party partners Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, project management, or equivalent Ten (10) years of experience in project and program management, with 5 years leading teams Proven ability to manage information systems policies, processes, and procedures within budget and schedule Strong project management discipline and familiarity with governance frameworks Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project) Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; strong leadership and facilitation skills Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations Desired Qualifications

Direct experience leading full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations Experience directly managing IT Project Managers Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; 15+ years IT program management with at least 5 years in SAP transformation leadership PMP, PgMP, or SAP Activate certification preferred Utility industry experience preferred Experience with regulatory compliance Ability to align IT programs with business strategy and multi-year technology planning Proven track record leading enterprise-wide digital initiatives and modernization Additional Information

$131,000

to

$231,800
