21Tech Job Description: 21Tech, INC is seeking a New Business Development Representative - EAM Solutions to aggressively pursue new market opportunities and drive revenue growth for our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. Our Team has broad experience implementing and maintaining EAM solutions in the public sector, and 21Tech, INC is the key go-to partner of Hexagon/Infor in the Public Sector across the US and Canada. We need a results-driven sales professional who thrives on opening new doors and creating opportunities from scratch. We offer a competitive and desirable benefits package. Job Duties: Primary Focus: Hunt and secure new business opportunities in Public and Private Sector organizations that need EAM Services. Aggressively prospect and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and strategic networking. Research and identify target markets, companies, and key decision-makers who would benefit from EAM solutions. Develop and execute territory penetration strategies to break into new accounts and market segments. Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities to build a robust pipeline of new opportunities. Qualify prospects and move them through the early stages of the sales funnel. Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with new prospects to uncover pain points and business needs. Respond promptly and professionally to all quote requests (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs) for new business opportunities. Research and pursue competitive displacement opportunities within target accounts. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate new leads. Collaborate with marketing to identify and pursue new market opportunities. Track and report on all prospecting activities, pipeline development, and conversion metrics. Work with Sales Director to develop go-to-market strategies for new verticals and geographic territories. Identify emerging market trends and opportunities in the EAM space. Build initial relationships with prospects and transition qualified opportunities to account management. Minimum 4-5 years of new business development experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in EAM or related technology solutions. Proven track record as a “hunter” with demonstrated success in opening new accounts and penetrating new markets. Experience with Enterprise Asset Management solutions like Hexagon, Maximo or Oracle eAM preferred. Experience prospecting into state and local government organizations a plus. Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills with high activity levels. Excellent research skills to identify and qualify new prospects. Proven ability to break into new accounts and establish initial relationships. Experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. Strong presentation and discovery skills for initial prospect meetings. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage high-volume prospecting activities. Resilient and persistent with the ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels. Minimum of an Undergraduate Degree. Superior writing and analytical skills for prospect research and outreach. Highly organized with strong CRM and pipeline management skills. Strong computer and software skills including above proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on metrics and KPIs. Competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Technical aptitude to understand and articulate complex EAM solutions. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong work ethic with integrity and persistence. Creative problem-solver who can think outside the box to reach prospects.
