. Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects involving diverse teams of data processing and information management professionals across multiple locations. Oversee analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, conversion, and implementation of automated information and telecommunications systems. Provide day-to-day management of contract support operations, ensuring all objectives, schedules, and deliverables are achieved. Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production activities across all contract support functions. Develop, implement, and refine corporate management structures to ensure effective oversight and operational efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders, providing status reports, updates, and recommendations. Ensure compliance with project and program management best practices, industry standards, and Government requirements. Provide strategic leadership to ensure effective contract performance, risk management, and quality assurance. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills in support of executive-level reporting and team leadership. Qualifications & Experience

Minimum ten (10) years of program management experience in IT or consulting fields. Fifteen (15) to twenty (20) years of progressive leadership experience with increasing responsibility in public and/or private sector environments. Demonstrated experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and related milestones. Proven ability to analyze diverse technical and acquisition documentation to support the development of acquisition deliverables. Certifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. Equivalent credentials (training, degrees, or relevant experience) may be considered if clearly demonstrated to meet certification standards. Clearance

U.S. Citizen Work Environment & Physical Demands

Locations: Remote—Must be available to attend periodic in-person meetings in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Type of environment: Remote Noise level: Medium Work schedule: Day shift Monday – Friday. Evenings and weekends may be required to meet program and contract needs.
