Responsibilities Perform a variety of floor care tasks, including cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms, common areas, and offices. Safely and efficiently operate floor care equipment. Maintain records of floor care activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor. Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment. Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing exceptional customer service. Complete all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous floor care experience is a plus, but not required. Possess a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership. Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies. Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds; must stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously. Capable of working around food and cleaning products. Able to follow both oral and written instructions accurately. Residency within the service area is required. Ready to Join Us?
