POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Traveling Pathology Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a pathologist to assist in the preparation and dissection of surgical specimens. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and selecting tissue samples for analysis.
Recording findings and sterilizing equipment as needed.

Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Pathology Assistant.
A current New York State Healthcare Provider license, or a willingness to obtain one.
Certifications Needed:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
