Responsibilities: Conduct various floor care activities, including cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms, common areas, and offices. Safely and effectively operate floor care equipment. Keep detailed records of floor care activities and report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor. Adhere to infection control and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment. Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests while providing top-notch customer service. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior floor care experience is a plus but not mandatory. Maintain a positive demeanor and effectively communicate with residents, staff, and HCSG leadership to accomplish daily tasks. Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies. Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and withstand standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods. Must be capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks continuously. Ability to work around food and cleaning products. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks daily. Residency within the service area is required. Ready to Join Us?
