* *Monday:* 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM * *Tuesday:* 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (late night) * *Wednesday:* 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM * *Thursday:* 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (late night) * *Friday:* 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM * Note: Shifts are subject to change, but candidates must be available for the two late nights. Total hours will average 40 per week. *About the Role:* We are seeking a *Patient Services Specialist* to join a busy outpatient practice in Doylestown, PA. This front desk role is vital to ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients. If you have a passion for healthcare and customer service, we'd love to hear from you! *Key Responsibilities:* * Warmly greet patients with eye contact, a smile, and a positive attitude * Assist new patients with registration paperwork and answer any questions * Perform patient registration and verify insurance authorizations * Collect co-pays and manage patient demographics * Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone * Maintain a professional and organized front desk environment *Must-Have Skills:* * *Medical* or *Healthcare* experience * *Front Desk* or *Customer Service* experience (1+ year required) * Strong multitasking and workload management skills * Excellent communication and computer skills *Nice-to-Have Skills:* * Experience with *EMR systems* * *Knowledge of insurance verification* and *copay collection* * *Familiarity with patient demographics* and scheduling *Work Environment:* * Fast-paced outpatient office * Collaborative and supportive team * Opportunity to grow into a permanent role *Why This Role is Open:* This position is available due to staffing shortages and increased patient volume. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
