Full-Time Hybrid (Willingness to travel in the U.S. – up to 30% – and potentially outside the U.S.) The Role: IPPF is seeking a visionary and strategic fundraising leader to spearhead its first global individual giving program. As Global Head of Individual Philanthropy, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative strategies to grow individual giving across diverse donor markets, building a sustainable pipeline of supporters committed to advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender justice, and human rights worldwide. This high-profile role offers the opportunity to: Build and lead a new global Individual Giving team. Develop and implement IPPF’s first global framework for individual giving. Personally manage a portfolio of six- and seven-figure donors and prospects. Collaborate with senior leaders and board members to engage major philanthropists. Shape compelling fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives. We’re looking for someone with: A proven track record in scaling individual giving programs and securing major gifts. Experience in federated or multi-country organisations. A collaborative, inclusive leadership style and deep commitment to IPPF’s mission.
