As Global Head of Individual Philanthropy, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative strategies to grow individual giving across diverse donor markets, building a sustainable pipeline of supporters committed to advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender justice, and human rights worldwide. This high-profile role offers the opportunity to: Build and lead a new global Individual Giving team. Develop and implement IPPF’s first global framework for individual giving. Personally manage a portfolio of six- and seven-figure donors and prospects. Collaborate with senior leaders and board members to engage major philanthropists. Shape compelling fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives. We’re looking for someone with: A proven track record in scaling individual giving programs and securing major gifts. Experience in federated or multi-country organisations. A collaborative, inclusive leadership style and deep commitment to IPPF’s mission.
