SENIOR MACHINE OPERATOR (Huntersville, NC 28078) Senior Machine Operator – Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on role focused on operating and maintaining advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. While not a management position, this opportunity requires strong technical skills, independent problem-solving, and the ability to mentor less experienced operators. Senior Machine Operator - Responsibilities: Operate, set up, and perform routine maintenance on production machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues with minimal supervision. Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet safety and compliance standards. Collaborate with engineering, QA, and production teams to improve efficiency. Follow and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs). Mentor and train junior operators by sharing technical expertise. Senior Machine Operator - Requirements: High school diploma or GED required, technical training or certifications a plus (proof of education required) Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience. Strong technical knowledge in operating and troubleshooting complex machinery. Proven ability to produce consistent, high-quality output. Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills. Team-oriented with the ability to mentor others effectively. A minimum of 3 consecutive years of experience at the same employer, demonstrating stability and long-term contribution Senior Machine Operator - Available Shifts: 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday, (2pm - 10pm), shift differential .50 cents 3rd Shift - Sunday-Thursday, (10pm - 6am), shift differential $1 Senior Machine Operator - Salary: $25/hr. - $26/hr.
