Support the
accounts payable
process, including entering appraisal invoices into
BILL.com Post daily mortgage funding and purchase transactions
to maintain accurate financial records Assist with
month-end account reconciliations Learn and navigate internal systems and workflows, becoming a key contributor to our financial operations Required Skills
Accounting Finance Financial Analysis Qualifications
1–2 years
of experience in
mortgage accounting
or
bookkeeping Proficiency in Excel
and the
Microsoft Office Suite
(certification preferred) Exceptional attention to detail Commitment to
confidentiality ,
integrity , and
professionalism Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and delegate when needed Excellent analytical ,
critical thinking , and
problem-solving

Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Benefits: On the first of the month, following a 30-day waiting period, IHL offers a full range of benefits for you and your qualified dependents outlined in the Employee Benefits Guide, subject to the satisfaction of any eligibility requirements and subject to the terms of such benefit programs.
