Base pay range
$94,500.00/yr - $103,300.00/yr
About the role
Direct talent acquisition and development for the Production Department to meet customer demand, overseeing both hourly and salary production roles. Fulfill the duties of the Facility Manager in their absence. Serve as liaison between production personnel and staff on matters of communication, decisions, and policies. Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments. Ensure continuous improvement of methods and processes. Ensure compliance with all company safety standards, housekeeping programs, work rules and regulations, providing a safe and clean workplace and complying with all regulatory agencies by leading by example and following up. Participate in and support food safety auditing in a timely manner. Communicate with procurement regarding raw material needs or deficiencies.

What we're looking for
- Four-year degree preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Previous management/supervisory experience is a must.
- Excellent communication skills including interpersonal, written and verbal.
