Position Summary If you have a passion for user experiences across digital platforms and want to contribute to marketing automation using Salesforce's Marketing Cloud, join the ISC2 Marketing Operations team. We’re looking for a motivated, organized professional to assist in executing automated email campaigns, campaign landing pages with integrated forms, lead nurture journeys, and to help develop high-impact marketing automations and campaigns. Responsibilities Manages day-to-day projects associated with landing pages, forms, and email content, serving as team lead for email operations, and handles technical implementation and operations of marketing automation platforms. Works closely with Marketing, Membership, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and use best practices for performance measurement and evaluating effectiveness. Build campaigns and lead-nurturing (journey) programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Uses effective A/B testing strategies to measure messaging content and schedule when useful. Act as a SME and strategic partner to the business, with the goal of increasing our marketing automation effectiveness. Regularly reports on campaigns, landing pages, and email effectiveness, focusing on preventing lists exhaustion, while increasing engagement conversions and subsequently partnering with the business to make optimizations based on results. Helps create and maintain templates for emails using HTML/CSS, and AMPscript resulting in user-friendly emails that display correctly across a multitude of devices. Works in Query studio (T-SQL) and Automation studio to create audience segments for email campaigns and Journeys. Work with CMS tools in Marketing Cloud directly to create and edit campaign landing pages. Collaborate with the marketing team and other business areas to understand and support their strategies and tactics. Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
