Job Category: Business Operations / Strategy Job Level: Manager/Principal Business Unit: Electric Operations Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Multiple locations in California Department Overview Electric Operations (EO) ensures the delivery of safe and reliable electric service to our customers. Electric Operations is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration, and emergency response. Electric Operations Construction Management is responsible for the construction, project and contract management of PG&E's electric distribution overhead and underground facilities. Position Summary Conducts research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting in support of business decision making, strategy and operations. Participates in business process improvement, quality control and other initiatives. Develops, manages and coordinates performance and quality assessment, business process re-engineering, change management, communication and training. Disclosure: PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. Pay Range: Minimum: $122,000 Midpoint: $164,000 Maximum: $218,000 Job Responsibilities Develops highly complex data systems that have wide ranging impact and application across multiple departments. Manages major cross-functional projects and initiatives. May provide direction and coaching to other Business Analysts. Performs analysis on the most complex data models that have cross-functional impact. Solves unique and complex problems, anticipating issues and developing innovative solutions. Presents findings and recommendations to senior leaders to gain agreement. Works with senior management to support strategic planning and decision making. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience required Minimum of Eight (8) years of related work experience Desired: Graduate Degree or equivalent experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
