Location: Fort Mill, SC / NYC, NY Duration: Full Time Role Description: QA Automation Lead Experience: 12+ years QA Automation Engineers design automated tests to validate the functionality of web and mobile applications. Their job is to test application functionality end-to-end, automate regression test suites, and report the results. Role and Responsibilities Expertise in creating Automation Test scripts using Selenium with Java, TestNG framework, and Page Object Model design pattern. Planning, constructing, and executing test scripts. Proficient in working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server. Test script development, maintenance & execution; experience with Azure/TFS integration is a plus. Generate comprehensive test reports. Experience with enterprise tools like Git, Azure, TFS. Experience with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools. Maintain Automation Testing Framework. Experience working in an Agile environment. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to achieve shift-left testing. Ability to prioritize and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Building test plans, test suites, and manual or automated test cases for assigned changes. Effective communication with team members, project managers, and clients as required. Required Skills Proficiency in OOPs programming concepts and Java. Experience with Selenium. TestNG framework using Page Object Model (POM). Manual Testing. SpecFlow. SQL. Automation Testing. Good communication skills. Nice-to-have Skills API Testing. Exposure to Mobile App testing is an added advantage. Qualifications 10 to 12 years of experience in systems or application development.
