Patient Registration Specialist

We are currently seeking a Patient Registration Representative to join our high-volume outpatient surgery center, which handles 700-800 cases per month. This role is critical in supporting our patients and clinical teams with efficient, friendly, and accurate front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients in a professional and compassionate manner
Answer a high volume of incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Assist patients with completing registration paperwork
Verify insurance and ensure all patient information is accurate and up to date
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Provide administrative support as needed in a fast-paced environment
