Based on customer needs About QCD: As a proud subsidiary of Golden State Foods, a leader in the Quick Service Restaurant supply chain, QCD specializes in regional delivery services for some of the most recognized brands across the U.S. Our mission is guided by four core values: Treat others like you want to be treated Make the best product Give the customer a fair deal Uphold the highest standards Your Role as a Driver: Safely operate diesel-powered tractor-trailers for deliveries Follow established routes to designated store locations Assist in loading and unloading products with store staff Conduct thorough truck inspections before and after trips Maintain accurate logs and records in compliance with DOT and company regulations Adhere to safe driving practices and secure loads properly Perform necessary backhauls after delivering routes Work in diverse weather and cold environments (coolers/freezers) Uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and performance Qualifications Needed: Valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Certification Minimum of 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience Capability to lift and handle cases weighing 50-75 lbs Strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues Willingness to adapt to variable schedules, including weekends and holidays Able to frequently enter and exit tractor units, even in tight spaces Proficient in English to comply with FMCSA regulations and maintain accurate records Ready to Make a Move?
