Front Desk Supervisor for Luxury Residential Building We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Supervisory experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be welcoming, make eye contact, and provide excellent customer service. The pay for this position is $24.15 per hour. It is a full-time role with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, with flexibility for emergencies. About NFC Amenity Management: We are the nation's largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties, with a portfolio of over 350 top brands in luxury residential and hotel sectors across 30 U.S. markets. Typical Day as a Site Supervisor As a Site Supervisor, you will work at prestigious addresses, being the first point of contact for residents and guests. You will support on-site staff, work closely with the area leadership team, and ensure residents feel at home through sincere interactions and teamwork. Your responsibilities include: Ensuring smooth operations and service by communicating effectively with team members, property management, and residents/guests. Managing employee schedules. Reporting staffing needs to the Area Director. Monitoring and supporting employee performance and training. Managing deliveries and facilitating contractor and visitor access. Advising residents and guests on property rules and regulations. Responding promptly to resident requests and concerns. Maintaining a professional appearance in uniform.
