Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding. Location: Central Working hours: 5 days office hours
Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and support procurement of medical and non-medical equipment, and furniture. Organise and lead user workgroups; drive productive discussions and guide departments to meet project milestones. Prepare technical specifications for tenders and evaluate submissions based on technical compliance. Make sound recommendations for procurement based on user needs and technical evaluations. Manage equipment budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines. Keep abreast of emerging healthcare technologies and planning standards. Liaise with contractors and vendors to manage service and tender deliverables. Provide expert technical advice to users and senior management. Support campus planning activities and assist Group BME operations where required. Qualifications & Experience: Min. Degree in Electronics or relevant Engineering discipline Min 3 years’ experience in the same field, experience in specification drafting, project management Experience in healthcare facilities or similar project environments. Proactive team player with a high level of initiative and attention to detail. Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
