As a Mobile Associate, Retail Sales, you will play a crucial role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in partner locations where engaging directly with customers is essential. You will be an ambassador for our products and services, creating excitement in a bustling environment filled with technology and innovation. Your ability to build and deepen customer relationships through meaningful interactions will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: Engage proactively with a diverse range of customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Utilize digital tools to effectively communicate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions. Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to highlight the benefits of our products and services. Support customers in understanding how to self-serve through the T-Mobile app and onboarding processes. Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, product knowledge, and system resources. Work closely with nearby store locations to efficiently onboard customers. Participate in skills practice, knowledge sharing, and store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Build strong customer relationships and exceed their expectations with your friendly and engaging approach. Utilize sales techniques to proactively reach out to potential customers and drive sales in your area. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a retail environment. Passion for customer satisfaction and ability to connect on a personal level. Willingness to be part of a dynamic retail team, learning and sharing best practices. Competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Your journey starts here! Within the first 90 days, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and will be eligible for attractive training pay.
