Expected pay for this position is $205.06-$241.25/hour. Actual pay will be based on experience, skills, and internal equity. This is a salaried position.
Overview Position Summary:
The Managing Medical Director is responsible for monitoring and enhancing patient care quality. Responsibilities include overseeing participant care, clinical outcomes, and implementing quality assessment, performance improvement, and management strategies.
Collaborates closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and executive management to implement strategies that improve patient care and medical practices.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Education:
Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in clinical medicine and 3 years in clinical leadership
Licensure/Certification:
Physician licensed to practice medicine in current state
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Hospital administration experience
