In this position, you will establish and drive procurement of services in alignment with business leadership for your business unit as per the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. You will support all businesses within Honeywell and have global responsibility for driving competitive commodity supply strategies to achieve the lowest Total Cost, reduced Working capital via Value Engineering, speed of execution, and data-driven decision making. You will manage Supplier Performance to support your business unit/LOB and ensure supply continuity. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export/Import regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and execute end-to-end consolidation solutions across all modes Identify cost savings opportunities through data set analysis and drive improvement implementation Align with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Business, Operations, Finance, Quality, and other Honeywell businesses Manage and improve sourcing processes and performance through an effective management operating system Build a world-class workforce that creates competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent Develop and execute Annual and Strategic Plan with supporting strategies Lead within function and business to the overall Business strategy and drive results Right and fast development and deployment of strategies and resources to align with business growth and new product introductions Ensure relationship development and management with key Supplier Leadership Manage organizational effectiveness through efficiency improvement and functional transformation Support integrations of Mergers and Acquisitions and repositioning YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik Experience in consolidation modes (LCL, LTL) WE VALUE

Strong bias for action and passion for winning Experience in procurement is preferred Master's degree is preferred Complex and large project management and/or contract management experience Professional certifications in Project/Supply Chain/Procurement/Contract Management Demonstrated business and financial acumen Experience with SAP, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools Experience with Six Sigma and Lean tools Additional Information
