We are seeking a high-level leader to oversee sales operations, strategic planning, and process improvements. Position Details

This role can be based in Boston or Hartford . It involves significant travel, estimated weekly. The base salary ranges from $129,000 to $161,000 annually, with additional compensation options including bonuses and incentives. Key Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Evaluate and optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Establish accurate sales forecasts and develop forecasting processes. Analyze sales data, ensure data integrity, and report key metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and improve business processes. Identify opportunities for continuous sales process improvements based on industry trends. Assist with account bids and contract negotiations. Develop infrastructure to support sales operations, including reporting and analysis. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience. Minimum 5 years of management experience. Core Competencies

Proven team leadership and process development skills. Strong understanding of organizational goals. Effective delegation and relationship management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. High integrity and discretion with sensitive data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additional Information
