Recruiting Coordinator

to help deliver a thoughtful, high-quality experience to every candidate who interacts with Cartesia. This is a foundational role on our Talent team and a great opportunity to help shape our hiring culture from the ground up. What You'll Do Own interview scheduling across all of our technical and non technical teams, as well as multiple time zones

Act as the point of contact for candidates. This role requires you to deliver timely updates and a responsive candidate experience

Coordinate onsite and virtual interview logistics, including travel and agendas

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes running smoothly

Track candidates in our ATS and ensure data is accurate and up to date

Help refine and document recruiting processes as we scale

Support employer brand efforts, recruiting events, and candidate-facing communication

What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar recruiting operations role

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication — clear, friendly, and proactive

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment

Comfort with tools like ATS platforms (e.g. Ashby), Google Calendar, and Slack

A team player who cares about people and candidate experience

Bonus: experience in tech or early-stage startups, as well as recruiting operations experience
