Key Responsibilities Provide phone and case-based support for insurance inquiries Assist with licensing, product training, and policy services Resolve issues efficiently using internal tools and resources Route and escalate service requests when needed Maintain service quality aligned with team goals Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience (6-12 months in a call center or phone support role required) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn insurance operations Pre-Employment Requirements
