About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious
Warehouse Technician
to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for mixing and packaging company products, maintaining inventory levels, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations. You'll also play a key part in managing hazardous materials safely and supporting our commitment to workplace safety and product quality.
What You'll Do Load and unload trucks, carriers, and customer vehicles using forklifts and other required equipment. Ship and receive products in compliance with company procedures. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment. Serve on the in-plant or off-site emergency response team. Handle hazardous materials and waste properly, ensuring safe storage, inspections, and documentation. Prepare and load hazardous waste shipments for off-site recycling/disposal Follow company quality processes and assist in resolving product quality issues. Comply with all company policies, safety rules, and guidelines. Requirements
What We're Looking For
1+ years experience working in a landscape block yard - managing concrete materials and process returns Ability to operate an industrial powered lift truck or forklift in line with company procedures and governmental regulations. Knowledge of cGMP requirements as they pertain to FDARP (preferred, not required). Ability to use and maintain respiratory protection equipment. Willingness to learn proper methods for handling hazardous materials and waste (training provided). Ability to operate a computer Ability to read, write, count, understand, and speak English. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry at least
100 lb. bags
short distances. Ability to tilt back or break
800 lb. drums
onto a dolly. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must pass company drug testing.
