Inside the Role Inside the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technical projects across our organization. This role requires a strong foundation in technical project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and quality delivery.

Position offers a starting salary range of $128,000 - $164,000 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You Drive at DTNA Use specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for technical processes and projects. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conduct risk analysis and monitor progress against project milestones and budgets. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables. Analyze and document requirements by liaising with a range of users across the organization. Manage integration of vendor tasks and track/review vendor deliverables. Collaborate effectively with European colleagues and internal stakeholders, including the launch change management group. Lead external audit activities for responsible aggregate(s) to ensure ISO16949 certification. Knowledge You Should Bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related fields. Requires 8 years of relevant experience Proven experience managing technical projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong networks across departments. Respectful leadership style-motivates teams without micromanaging, creates an environment of engagement. Experience working with international teams, especially in European contexts. Strong relationship-building skills with change management and cross-functional teams. Exceptional Candidates Might Have

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Project Management or Agile certification. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Experience in multinational environments and supplier management. What We Value
