AMADA
The warehouse Receiving Clerk is responsible for inspecting and verifying incoming shipments to ensure their accuracy and quality. This includes matching received goods against purchase orders, recording inventory in the ERP system, and directing materials to their proper storage locations. The position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the smooth flow of goods within the supply chain.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Unload incoming shipments and inspect delivered products for accuracy, quality, and damage. Compare received goods against purchase orders and manifests, confirming accuracy and identifying discrepancies. Update inventory records and receipts in the ERP system promptly and accurately. Properly label, stage, and store received materials in their designated warehouse locations. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks. Assist in training and mentoring other warehouse team members as assigned. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Employees must speak only English during emergencies and while performing job duties where an emergency could occur. This rule does not apply to casual, non-work-related conversations. Non-field positions require in-office attendance five (5) days a week at the assigned branch location. SKILLS
Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in matching documents and identifying discrepancies in the ERP system. Highly organized and able to manage time, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency, including email, PDF handling, and web navigation. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Receptive to feedback and able to follow instructions effectively. PAY RATE
$21.50/HR WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with possible OT REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
