Provide compassionate and professional care in clients' homes Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Monitor client health and report changes in condition Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for clients Requirements

Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training course) Current TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain) Reliable transportation to reach clients throughout Loudoun County Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others
