Over a twelve-month period, you will participate in monthly four-hour virtual sessions designed to complement your educational background and support your ongoing professional development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Eligible to practice as determined by your State Board of Nursing
- One year or less of experience working as a Registered Nurse
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 (payable upon your first paycheck)
Work Schedule: Full-Time
Available Shifts: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am

Position Overview:
As a pre-licensure graduate nurse actively involved in our Nurse Residency Program, you will provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) while adhering to professional standards. You will be responsible for delivering age-appropriate care to patients with diverse medical needs. Nurse Residents in states such as Oklahoma may have specific responsibilities; however, those in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Missouri can perform all duties listed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the RN Preceptor with delegated tasks based on your competency level in nursing care activities.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments addressing biophysical, psychosocial, spiritual, and cultural needs.
- Develop and implement effective patient and family education plans using relevant resources.
- Document nursing care accurately and in a timely manner, including processing physician orders.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of patient care.
- Demonstrate professional nursing standards and ethical practices as per the ANA Code of Ethics.
- Maintain a state of alertness and a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent educational program.
Experience Requirements:
- No prior experience required.
Licensure & Certifications:
- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Nurse licensure must be obtained within 3 months of graduation date
