Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, patient education, and coordination of care. Key Responsibilities Perform assessments, diagnosis, and treatment Manage chronic conditions and acute care Review labs, prescriptions, referrals Prescribe medications and treatments Refer to specialists as needed Provide patient education Document in electronic health records Participate in quality improvement and team activities Qualifications MD or DO licensed in California, Board Certified Current California medication license and DEA Basic Life Support CPR certification Experience in community health preferred Bilingual in English/Spanish/Tagalog/Cantonese preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills Pre-employment drug testing required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
