Description Auria is seeking a talented software development engineer to develop web, mobile, and desktop applications for aerospace mission planning and scheduling. The developer will support ongoing software development contracts, enhance existing software tools, and develop new software products. We are looking for a developer with an interest in DevSecOps who will also function as Scrum Master for the DevSecOps team. Job Details: Candidates will work in small development teams across all aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements, design, coding, unit testing, and deployment. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. The role involves interaction with Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, and direct communication with customers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, eager to learn, and capable of devising innovative solutions to challenging problems. Basic Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship required BSc in Computer Science or equivalent 5+ years experience with object-oriented development 2+ years experience with C# .NET in Visual Studio 2+ years experience with JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, web services, and databases Strong experience in the full software development lifecycle Experience with Agile methodologies Effective communication and documentation skills Knowledge of web application architecture and framework development Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of DSO and security principles Experience with continuous delivery and deployment tools and practices Experience with version control and branching strategies Experience with configuration management Proficiency with Git 2+ years experience in aerospace software development Experience with Docker or other containerization tools Knowledge of SQL, relational database design, MongoDB 2+ years experience with React Linux proficiency Experience with Satellite Tool Kit / Systems Tool Kit (STK) Experience with Cesium Salary Range: Mid: $100k - $135k Senior: $130k - $165k About Auria Auria provides solutions and software supporting complex Space, National Security, and Cyber missions for federal, international, and commercial clients.
