Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: 100% Remote (Must reside in PA, MD, VA, FL, or DC)Placement Type: Contract to Hire (4–6 Months Temp to Perm)Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00/hour USDPosition Summary:We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a remote support team for a healthcare-related client. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and healthcare. Representatives will handle inbound inquiries from members, providers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely mannerProvide accurate information regarding Medicare, insurance, and health plansResolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionDocument all customer interactions in the service databaseAdhere to compliance standards and internal policiesDemonstrate accountability and active listening in all communicationsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center environmentPrior experience with health plans or payors is requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote settingProfessional demeanor and reliable attendanceMust reside in PA, MD, VA, FL, or DCPreferred Skills:Experience in healthcare customer supportFamiliarity with operations coordination or systems supportAdditional exposure to insurance or Medicare-related inquiriesWork Environment & Schedule:100% Remote – Equipment provided upon successful onboardingInterviewing ASAP2-month training class providedCall center hours: 8 AM – 8 PM, 7 days a weekMust be available to work 40 hours/week across 5 days, with flexibility within operating hoursRotating weekend schedule – every 2nd or 3rd weekPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
