Your Role and Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will:

Employ Nursing Professional Practice: Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Develop and coordinate care plans to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes.
Advocate: Partner in care planning to promote the autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of those we serve.
Facilitate Learning: Create a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members, including students.
Align Practice with Safety and Quality: Ensure safety, identify and correct problems, and integrate evidence-based practices into nursing care.
Engage in Professional Development: Pursue ongoing professional growth and promote a culture of inquiry that explores and disseminates research.
Lead in the Practice Setting & Community: Coordinate teams, delegate appropriately, and collaborate with inter-professional care teams.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
1 year of nursing experience
