role is responsible for the coordination of

product type acquisition and development analysis, due diligence, and project execution activities in the Northern California office. What You’ll Do

Source Support the company’s efforts to identify and gain control of new speculative and build-to-suit development opportunities Cultivate relationships with industry professionals (brokers, owners, lenders, etc.) to help in sourcing new opportunities Shape Support the predevelopment process to include due diligence, entitlements, risk mitigation, and overall deal viability Be accountable for assumptions in the development underwriting Manage relationships with key stakeholders through coordination of the design and construction phases Coordinate with internal TCC Development Management team to create and refine building plans and specifications to ensure the business plan is met Capitalize Deals Assist in sourcing debt and equity capital for projects, including developing and reviewing investment summaries, redlining agreements, and participating in presentations to capital as well as the TCC Investment Committee Coordinate with TCC Capital Markets to identify and track feedback of capital partners and gather proposed terms from a variety of debt and equity sources to determine optimal capital structure Present Create investment packages Present and manage projects through internal Investment Committee process Execute Support the business plans for development projects, including budgeting for market rents, lease structures, operating expenses, and capital budgets Asset management of pre-stabilized assets, including negotiation of leases, administration of project loan issues, directing property managers and leasing agents, communicating with capital partners, and working with principals and brokers at monetization Update Regularly review the company asset management system information to ensure data completeness and accuracy Relationship Management Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, consultants, architects, contractors, and brokers Involvement in the community and industry organizations Negotiate Support deal document redlining, tracking and completion for term sheets, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and lease agreements Maintain interface with external clients and internal business units to ensure fast response times for prospective investments, tenants, and sponsors Work Environment and Travel Role is primarily in office with expected travel to job sites within the region Other duties may be assigned What You’ll Need

Education: MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred Industry Experience: At least six years in commercial and multifamily real estate, finance, investment, or consulting with strong analytical, financial, and project management skills Negotiating Skills: Demonstrated track record of successful negotiation with key stakeholders Financial Knowledge: Understanding of financial and real estate terms; ability to calculate IRR, present value, and analyze financial statements Problem Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret business documents and financial analysis; solve problems in complex, ambiguous situations Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated, action-oriented, innovative, and adaptable to change Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare reports and presentations; strong organizational skills Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, create schedules, track milestones, and report status Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future About CBRE Group, Inc.

Trammell Crow Company carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $160,000 annually and the maximum is $175,000 annually. The compensation offered may depend on the candidate’s skills and experience.
