This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and quality of the product. The QA Analyst will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and the quality assurance manager to validate system functionality, safeguard data integrity, track issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the applications.* 2 – 4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing (or equivalent training/education).* Demonstrated experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.* Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and edge cases.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with team members.* Desire and capacity to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.* Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.* Experience testing web-based applications and APIs.* Experience with data validation testing across integrated systems.* Experience with Salesforce testing (configuration, workflows, and data integrations)* Hands-on experience using Zephyr and Jira for test management and defect tracking.* Familiarity with public health, healthcare, or government IT projects* Full-time hybrid position combining on-site collaboration with remote work (specific schedule to be determined)* Requires reliable internet connection and ability to participate in virtual meetings.* Attendance at periodic in-person meetings and workshops required.* Collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on improving public health services and outcomes across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
