About the Role: Avanciers are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Hardware System Engineer to join our client's innovative engineering team in Cupertino, CA. The ideal candidate will develop advanced analysis tools, perform hardware characterization, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consumer electronics products.

You will collaborate with hardware, module, and validation engineers in a fast-paced environment, applying your technical expertise to ensure top performance and reliability of next-generation devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement analysis tools to evaluate and characterize complex hardware systems.
  • Collaborate with hardware, design, and validation teams to support testing, debugging, and performance analysis.
  • Develop automation scripts for hardware validation and data processing using Python and other scripting languages.
  • Perform functional verification on consumer electronic products.
  • Document test plans, procedures, and technical findings with clear and concise reports.
  • Work independently to troubleshoot and optimize system-level performance under dynamic conditions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related field).
  • 3-4 years of experience in Python development and scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Perl, Shell, or Unix scripting.
  • Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering principles and hardware system design.
  • Experience in functional verification and consumer electronics development.
  • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
