About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the President. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office position located at our Texas headquarters.
What you'll do
- Manage the President's calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO and President.
- Serve as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication at all times.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items as necessary.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive support team to ensure seamless operations and alignment of priorities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience 3-5 years as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
