Responsibilities (representative)

• Provide case management and support to families involved with ACS in relation to mental health or substance use concerns.
• Conduct ongoing in-home assessments and make referrals to clinical services as appropriate.
• Monitor attendance and engagement in treatment programs; coordinate with families, providers, and the legal system as required.
• Ensure coordination between families, providers, and agencies; participate in supervision and document treatment efforts in accordance with ACS/UBA guidelines.
• Engage with families through home visits, school visits, and community contacts; maintain professional conduct and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work or related field; experience in social services preferred.
• Ability to conduct in-home assessments, coordinate services, and maintain records; knowledge of child welfare, mental health, and/or substance use issues is preferred.
• Spanish-speaking strongly preferred (if applicable).
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure may be required depending on role and state regulations.
