Job Summary
The Warehouse Solutions Operations Manager position is responsible for leading our team in driving the growth and success of our warehouse solutions business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders, including CSC Operations managers, sales and aftermarket managers, and other key personnel, to strategize, implement, and oversee initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction in the warehouse solutions sector.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Set Expectations with departmental managers and hold staff accountable
- Administer policies and ensure compliance with USDOT, OSHA, EPA, and EEOC regulations
- Ensure customer satisfaction is top priority across all departments
- Develop, monitor, and exceed annual business plans and budgets
- Keep teams informed on CSC changes and operational updates
- Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customer's, vendors' and associates' "Indispensable Partner"
Educational/Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in Operational Leadership OR 10-15 years leadership experience, financial acumen and previous experience managing ProLift and Loss (P&L) and display efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. This position will require travel up to 60% of the time, with some overnight travel. Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR is required, Class B is preferred. The Warehouse Solutions Operations Manager will communicate with associates, customers and managers, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with a particular emphasis on listening skills. The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
